This website, ravenlagoon.site, is operated by M. R. Viana, a company registered in Brazil under CNPJ 63.867.431/0001-70. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit this site, why we collect it, who else receives it and what you can do about it.

1. Data we collect

We keep the data we collect deliberately small. It falls into two groups.

• Data collected automatically when you load a page. Your IP address, browser type and version, operating system and device type, screen size, the language your browser requests, the page you arrived from, the pages you viewed on this site, and the date and time of your visit. This is standard web server and analytics data.
• Data you choose to send us. If you write to us at the address in section 8, we receive your email address, your name if you sign it, and whatever you put in the message. We use it to answer you and nothing else.

This site has no account system, no newsletter sign-up and no checkout. We do not ask for and do not receive your payment card details, your postal address or your telephone number.

2. Why we use it and on what legal basis

• To serve the site and keep it working, secure and free of abuse — our legitimate interest in running our own website.
• To measure advertising: how many people saw this page, how many clicked through to the seller, and which advertisement they arrived from — consent, where consent is required for the cookies involved, otherwise our legitimate interest in knowing whether our advertising works.
• To be paid: when a reader we referred goes on to buy, the affiliate network records that referral so our commission can be calculated — our legitimate interest, and the performance of our contract with the network.
• To answer you when you contact us — our legitimate interest in replying to correspondence.
• To meet legal obligations, including tax, accounting and responses to lawful requests from authorities.

We do not sell your personal data, we do not rent it, and we do not build advertising profiles about you for third parties beyond the measurement described below.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

This site uses cookies and comparable browser storage for measurement and affiliate attribution. The full list, what each one does and how long it lasts, is set out in our Cookie Policy, which forms part of this policy.

4. Third parties who receive data

We keep this list short and we keep it accurate. The categories of recipient are:

• Hosting and content delivery. The site is served through a content delivery network, which processes your IP address and request headers in order to deliver the page and to block attacks. Server logs are held by our hosting provider.
• Analytics. We use web analytics to count visits and measure how far readers get down the page. Analytics providers process the automatic data listed in section 1.
• Advertising platforms. Where we buy advertising to bring readers to this page, the advertising platform may set a click identifier so that it can attribute a click to a campaign and report on it.
• Affiliate networks. Recallo is sold by a third-party seller. When you click through from this site, an affiliate network records the referral so that the seller can credit our commission. That network and that seller then operate under their own privacy policies, over which we have no control.

Some of these providers are established outside Brazil and the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where personal data is transferred internationally, it is done under the transfer mechanisms those providers make available, such as standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep data

• Server and security logs — typically up to 12 months, then deleted or anonymised.
• Analytics data — retained in aggregated form; identifiers held no longer than the retention window offered by the analytics provider, normally 14 months at most.
• Affiliate and advertising cookies — for the lifetime stated in the Cookie Policy.
• Email correspondence — for as long as needed to resolve the matter, and afterwards only where a legal or accounting obligation requires it.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have rights over your personal data under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation, or United States state privacy laws such as the CCPA and CPRA. In practice these include the right to:

• confirm whether we hold data about you, and obtain a copy of it;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have data deleted, or have it anonymised or blocked;
• object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time;
• receive your data in a portable format;
• opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data — noting that we do not sell it;
• be told with whom your data has been shared;
• complain to a supervisory authority, in Brazil the ANPD.

Write to the address in section 8 and we will respond within the period the applicable law allows. Exercising these rights costs you nothing and we will not treat you differently for doing so.

7. Children

This site is intended for adults. It is not directed at children, we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18, and if we learn that we have done so we will delete it.

The site is served over HTTPS. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the limited data we hold, but no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site, our providers or the law change. The revised version takes effect when published here, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.
